BEFORE RETURNING

We hope you love your ONC purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

 

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please ensure the following:

1. All swing tickets and labels are attached.

2. All items are returns in any original packaging.

3. All items are returned in a resale-able condition - unworn, with no scent or marks.

4. Please ensure your returns form is enclosed with order number visible, detail of the item/s you are returning by ticking and marking whether you require a refund or exchange.

3. If you are using the same bag/box to returns your item/s please ensure your delivery address is crossed to avoid being returned to sender.

4. Obtain your proof of postage receipt. Should your parcel go missing in the post, we will require proof of postage to process your refund.

 

HOW TO RETURN (UK CUSTOMERS)

As part of our drive to reduce waste paper, you’ll no longer receive a returns label in your parcel. Don’t worry, you can still use our pre-paid service - you can generate a QR code to use at the Post Office or print a label at home.

 

1) Click on the link below to head to our Royal Mail returns portal

2) Fill in your details

3) Click ‘Create your label for One Nation Clothing’

4) You can download your label to print at home or use the mobile QR code received via email to show at the Post Office

5) Drop at your chosen Post Office or Customer Service Point. Please ensure you retain your receipt.

6) You're done! Please allow 10 days for us to receive your parcel and process your refund. Please note that we'll deduct £3.95 from your refund for use of the pre-paid label. For full T&Cs see below.

HOW TO RETURN (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer our international customers pre-paid returns at this time. Please ensure you fill out your returns form and return with a courier of your choice to the address shown on your returns form. Please retain proof of sending.

I CAN’T LOCATE MY RETURNS FORM

No problem! You can download a new one to complete HERE

 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number, name, details of the product and the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty/incorrect item to return it to us.

If an issue has arisen with an item after it has been worn or after the 30 days have elapsed, we will endeavour to repair the item where possible in order to reduce waste. If the worn item has an irreparable fault, we will offer a replacement where possible. We cannot accept returns on items with faults or issues after 6 months of receipt.

 

I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

Please allow up to 14 days from sending your return back to us for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive an email once we have processed it, but it may take a further few days to show on your bank statement. If it’s been longer than 14 days please get in touch.

 

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

 

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition (unworn, with no scent, marks, any tags and any original packaging) within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please include your original order form and fill out the details of the item/s you are returning. Ensure you retain proof of sending incase your parcel going missing; we cannot process an exchange of refund without this. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Exchanges are dispatched free of charge (UK only). A deduction of £3.95 will be taken from your refund for use of a pre-paid Royal Mail label. Should you return your order in full, any original postage costs will be reimbursed at our Standard Rate of £3.95.

Please note that if you have used any 'free postage' offer and then return items from your order which make your order total less than total amount you need to spend to take advantage of the offer, we reserve the right to deduct the usual shipping rate charge from your refund.

e.g. If you use 'Free UK Shipping when you spend £60’ on an order totalling £100, and then return over £41 worth of items, we may therefore deduct the Standard Shipping rate charge of £3.95 when issuing your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any parcels if they have been sent back with a courier of your choice rather than using the pre-paid Royal Mail label. 

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with any tags still attached. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. 

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from One Nation Clothing for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 days from the day you receive the goods to customerservice@onenationclothing.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return your order to us for a refund.

If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us before we can process your cancellation.

If you choose to cancel your order, please note that there will be a charge of £3.95 if you choose to return your order using our pre-paid label.
