STEP 1 Complete the information above. Please remember that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, or 28 days
for store credit.
STEP 2 Return your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and pop this form inside your parcel. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, 
without scent or marks and with original tags still attached.
STEP 3 Attach the self adhesive pre-paid Royal Mail label supplied* (UK ONLY) to the parcel, drop off at a Post Office and retain your proof of sending
receipt. Exchanges are FREE. A charge of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, or you can send with another
courier of your choice to the address below.
STEP 4 Sit back and relax. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be received back to us and for your refund to be processed.
