At the moment, we are unable to offer our usual UK Next Working Day service, but are offering a 1-2 working day Express Service. Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day.

Bulkier/heavier items, such as coats, may sometimes be charged with a higher shipping rate than smaller items so as to cover our courier costs. All shipping rates will be shown before you complete payment.

International customers: please not that if you order via one our our glopalstore sites shipping rates and delivery times will vary.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

We generally send UK Standard Delivery parcels on a 48 hour service with Hermes, however on occasions may send with another courier service, such as Royal Mail. For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we may send your order in more than one package. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details and on the day of delivery you will receive an email from Hermes with a delivery window. 

Our delivery aim for Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days, but please note that this is only an aim and is not an assured delivery by a certain date. We ensure your order is dispatched within a timeframe to meet our delivery schedule and cannot take any responsibility for any delays that are outside of our control, e.g. courier delays, delays due to weather conditions. Please note that we cannot issue any refunds on parcels which have not arrived within the timeframe until the courier have declared the parcel as lost, which is 10 working days after the last possible delivery date. This is also detailed within our Terms & Conditions of Sale.  

Please ensure there will be someone at the address to accept the delivery. If there is no one the accept the parcel, the courier will either leave a calling card and attempt delivery the next working day, or will leave it in a safe place which will be photographed along with GPS co-ordinates and proof of delivery.

If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless you have an issue with your order such as non-receipt of a parcel that is showing as delivered on tracking details.

We generally send UK Next Working Day Delivery parcels on a 24 hour service with Hermes, however on occasions may send with another courier service. For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we may send your order in more than one package. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details and on the day of delivery you will receive an email from Hermes with a delivery window.

Please Note: Next Working Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this cut off time will be dispatched the next working day. See the table below for details of when to expect your delivery.

SATURDAY UK DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail for our Saturday specified deliveries. This service is available on orders placed on any day if you specifically want it to arrive on the upcoming Saturday and you can order up until 3pm on the Friday before. Please ensure there will be someone at your shipping address to accept and sign for the delivery. Please Note: Saturday Delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer Express International Delivery using DHL. Please allow 1 working day for dispatch. Delivery then takes between 1 and 5 working days depending on your location.

If you choose Standard International Delivery, your parcel will be send using Royal Mail. Delivery times are 5 to 14 working days from dispatch depending on your destination country (please see table above for more specific shipping times).

If you order through one of our international Glopalstores, then your parcel will be handled by them once it leaves the UK. You will receive email correspondence from them regarding your parcel. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary.

Please note: If you are an international buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from House of Jam, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from One Nation Clothing for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 days from the day you receive the goods to customerservice@onenationclothing.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return your order to us.

If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us before we can process your cancellation.

If you choose to cancel your order, please note that there will be a charge of £3.95 if you choose to return your order using our pre-paid label.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition (unworn, with no scent, marks and with tags) within 14 days of receipt, or 14-28 days for store credit. Please include your original order form with all order details and fill in the returns section. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. 

Please note that if you have used any 'free postage' offer and then return items from your order which make your order total less than total amount you need to spend to take advantage of the offer, we reserve the right to deduct the usual shipping rate charge from your refund.

e.g. If you use 'Free UK Shipping when you spend £60’ on an order totalling £100, and then return over £41 worth of items, we may therefore deduct the Standard Shipping rate charge of £3.95 when issuing your refund.

 

HOW TO RETURN - UK

STEP 1 Complete the information on your returns form. Please remember that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, or 28 days for store credit. If you can’t locate your original returns form you can click here to download a new one.

 

STEP 2 Return your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and pop your returns form inside your parcel. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, without scent or marks* and with original tags still attached.

 

STEP 3 Attach the self adhesive pre-paid Royal Mail label supplied (UK ONLY) to the parcel, drop off at a Post Office and retain your proof of sending receipt. Exchanges are FREE. A charge of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, or you can send with another courier of your choice to the address below. STEP 4 Sit back and relax. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be received back to us and for your refund to be processed. If you are returning your order in full, we will refund your original postage at the Standard Delivery Rate of £3.95, as per distance selling regulations.  

 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any parcels if they have been sent back with a courier of your choice rather than using the pre-paid Royal Mail label.

*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with any tags still attached. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

 

Faulty Items

If an item you've received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

 

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

 

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
